We are here to recognize outstanding performances by former Centennial High School Alumni that excelled in Academics, Athletics, the Arts, Administration and Booster Club/Community Members. All Nominees must have graduated a minimum of five (5) years ago. Nominations only need to be submitted one time and are annually evaluated.
